• Activity: Family-friendly Torc Mountain hike
• Duration: Approximately 3 hours
• Distance: About 8km

Embark on a spectacularly scenic trek through Killarney National Park, enjoying stunning views of the Lakes of Killarney and Killarney Valley from the summit. Along the way, our experienced mountain guides will share local knowledge and encourage you during the hike.

This hike will be joined by Jen Healy.

Jen is a Mental Health & Wellness advocate with over 15yrs experience working in the mental health field. Jen’s passion is teaching people to let go of limiting beliefs and living to their full potential. Nature plays a huge role in Jen’s life. 

The power of the mountains and oceans in healing & helping people with their mental health is something she's very passionate about promoting and through multiple events and retreats in Ireland and abroad. All of her work combines Spiritual & Scientific elements. As a keen neuroscience coach she's always striving to help people understand their Mind and their capabilities.

1. Eligibility: The Campaign is open to individuals who have a valid and active social media account on Instagram or Facebook and who are at minimum 18 years at date of winning the competition. Employees of 53 Degrees North and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Campaign Period: The Campaign runs from 16 March 2024 to 21 March 2024. Entries received outside of this period will not be considered.

3. How to Participate: To participate, individuals must follow the official 53 Degrees North account, share the designated post, and like the post according.

4. Entry Content: By participating, you grant [Company Name] the right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display your entry, in whole or in part, on its website, social media channels, and other marketing materials, without further compensation or notification.

5. Winner Selection: Winners will be selected randomly from eligible entries. The selection process will be conducted fairly and impartially.

6. Prize: The prize for the Campaign will be 2 tickets to the morning hike with Jen Healy on the 23rd March 2024 at 9.30 am. The tickets do not include accommodation. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

7. Notification of Winners: Winners will be notified via direct message on the social media platform through which they participated. If a winner does not respond within 1 day of notification, another winner may be selected.

8. Modification or Termination: 53 Degrees North reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice, for any reason.

9. Release and Indemnification: By participating in the Campaign, you release and hold harmless 53 Degrees North and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind arising from your participation in the Campaign or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
